Hu Mayes and Mike Walters, the owners of Mayes & Walters CPA, have been serving Dickson Businesses, Individuals and Nonprofits since the 1970’s.  Mayes & Walters CPA and their local team in our Dickson office brought their depth of experience with them and joined with Blankenship CPA Group, PLLC in 2010 as part of a strategic effort to continue providing the highest level of Tax, Audit, Accounting and Consulting services to our shared clients.  Hu, Mike and our Dickson team bring a great deal of experience to our firm with expertise in Banking, Manufacturing, Small Businesses of many industries, Farming and Not-for-profits.

Michelle Balsley, CPA is the Dickson Office Managing Director.   Throughout her 25+ year career, she has worked in the public Big Four as well as private accounting sectors, focusing on a variety of industries including not-for-profit, construction, banking, broker/dealers, health insurance, and manufacturing.

 

Michelle is an active member and Treasurer of St. John Lutheran Church of Burns, American Red Cross TN River Chapter board member and Community Volunteer Leader, Chair of the Community Foundation for Dickson County board, Vice Chair of the Habitat for Humanity Dickson County board, Chair of the Rotary District 6760 Disaster Relief Committee, past President of the Dickson High Noon Rotary Club, and Treasurer of the Downtown Dickson Association.
